I am committed to delivering your artwork safely and securely. All giclée fine art prints are produced and shipped by my professional fine-art print partner. All original artworks are carefully packed and shipped by a professional mailing company.
Shipping Costs
Original Artworks: Complimentary worldwide shipping included with every purchase
Giclée Fine Art Prints: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination
Collection Products (T-shirts, tote bags, plates, candles): Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination
Processing Times
Original Artworks: Ship within 3–5 business days of order confirmation
Giclée Fine Art Prints: Processed and shipped within 3–5 business days
Collection Products (T-shirts, tote bags, plates, candles):
Processed and shipped within 72 hours of order confirmation
Delivery Timeframes
UK Delivery: Typically 3–7 business days after dispatch
International Delivery: Typically 7–14 business days after dispatch
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing.
Collection products (T-shirts, tote bags, plates and candles) may arrive sooner or take slightly longer depending on the item.
Packaging
Each piece is carefully and professionally packed to ensure it arrives beautifully. Original artworks are fully insured and shipped via a secure international service experienced in handling fine art. Prints and originals are delicately rolled and protected in robust, professional art-grade shipping tubes.
Tracking
You will receive tracking information via email once your order has been dispatched, allowing you to monitor your delivery.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees that may apply. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in your order total.
Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. I am not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the order.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package cannot be delivered and is returned to me, I will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
